Professional Plush Toy Company

As a plush toy company, Saintoy Co., Ltd has been specializing in manufacturing stuffed animals, plush dolls and other plush toys since 2007. With markets growing, the annual turnover reached US$10 million. We built a 20-member team to take care every part of the business. EU and North America are our main markets.
From design to mass production, we have professional employees and factory to handle every order. Over the years, we’ve assisted many buyers develop fantastic products for retail and promotion. Our expertise can help buyers bring ideas to markets, source efficiently and cost effectively.
Most products we made are stuffed animals, they are the main design in the market. Dolls and cartoon characters

also can be copied under authorization. Because the difference of boutiques and promotional products, we use different manufacturing facilities to guarantee quality of goods. All products, including threads, stuffings, fabrics and accessories, conform to safety regulations of every region. So we are able to ensure you can get the safety certificate you need.

Q: Is Saintoy a trading company or a factory?

A: Saintoy is an integrated enterprise which contains trading and manufacturing. We own a plush toy factory.

Q: Do you have the ability to keep up with my demand?

A: So far, we have never had a customer whose needs exceeds our manufacturing capabilities. Our capacity can reach 500,000 pieces per month.

Q: Is your first price quote the final price?

A: We can estimate cost for most products accurately, unless the design is very special and complex. Your price will be the final one before we start production and there will not be any surprise charges to worry about.

Q: Can I just order a few samples not goods in bulk?

A: No. As a department of company, our designer room can’t take orders of samples individually. There has to be an order with large quantity after samples.

Q: Will my toys be safe and can pass testing regulations?

A: Yes. All of our toys meet all required safety standards. We pride ourselves on our 100% safety record. Please visit the Support page to check how we test toys.

Q: Can I customize a toy based on my ideas?

A: Yes. Most of our products we’ve made are designs from customers. You can change the design we recommend or use your design completely. It’s no problem for us to make a toy based on an idea, an image or add accessories. You can print a logo or something else.

Q: How do I protect my idea or intellectual property?

A: We’d like to sign a non-disclosure agreement at the beginning. Saintoy has been a company for so many years on the fact that we only manufacture goods for customers. We have no interest in stealing ideas. At the same time, we make efforts to protect your intellectual property from other parties who can approach it.

Q: How much does my idea cost to produce?

A: Generally approx US$100. There are many factors that influence the price, such as material, quantity, size, quality and accessories. Generally, the sample fee would be refunded if there is an order followed.

Q: How does Saintoy make my idea into a toy?

A: Contact our salesman with details as many as possible. Our salesman would share their opinions and ask our designers make them.

Q: Can I only order a sample not goods in bulk?

A: Sorry, no. We don’t accept individual sample orders.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: The MOQ for custom products is only 1,000 pieces. While it is definitely more economical to order 5,000 pieces or more. For items in big size, like 2-meter teddy bear, the number is negotiable.

Q: How long does it take to get my product?

A: Approximately 45 days after sample is approved. This not only depends on quantity, another important part is how well information and details are communicated between us. Before an order, our salesman will advise basic information, if you have any special requirements, better advise at the first place. You can check the shipping time with us.

Q: What about copyright and licensing issues?

A: When you place an order with us, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase, and distribute. If you have an idea that you would like to keep under wraps, we are comfortable with signing an agreement.

Q: What if I have special packing needs?

A: No problem! We can pack your goods in simple poly bags which are great for mail order and catalog sales, or we can design a full color display box for retail store shelves.

Q: How do I inspect goods before shipping?

A: You can send a representative or a third party inspector. Our factory has QC for every progress. Our company QC or salesman must do inspection before shipping, they will send you photos.
